Franchise attorney Matthew J. Kreutzer has joined Armstrong Teasdale LLP as a partner in the Las Vegas office. Kreutzer, most recently with Holland & Hart LLP, has experience handling franchise system disputes through negotiation, arbitration, and litigation. He has assisted franchisors in developing, protecting and licensing their franchise systems by creating and registering franchise disclosure documents and by drafting other operational documents.
