Report from 2014 Intellectual Property Law Conference at UNLV

Last month, I had the privilege of speaking at the annual Intellectual Property Law Conference, co-sponsored by the University of Nevada Las Vegas's William S. Boyd School of Law and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada. My topic was an "Overview of Franchise Law," and the course materials that I prepared are available here.

I had fun speaking to the group — comprised mostly of intellectual property attorneys, law professors, and law students — and had a number of excellent questions from the audience. A review of the conference is available on the UNLV Law Blog, which you can access here.
